The Buyer understands and agrees that the Breeder/Seller has first pick of and all litters, and that breeder prospects will be placed first. Show prospects will be placed second, then pet quality kittens.

They buyer agrees that the deposit amount is non-refundable, it may be transferred to another kitten ONE time as long as the transfer is done by at least 3 weeks before the shipping /pick up date.

If another kitten is not chosen in this time frame the Buyer will have the opportunity to choose another kitten for one year from the date if sale, if no kitten is chosen then the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits are non refundable.
 

We have kittens a few times a year.

We do have exotic minks and blue eyed whites as well as traditional kittens.
